Ingredients for Salmon with Potato and Broccoli
- 300 g fish fillet
- 2 big potatoes
- Some Broccoli
- 1 onion
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- 1 Lemon
- Salt and pepper
- Rosmary
- Oregano
- Curcuma
- Italian mixed herbs
Cooking Instructions for making Salmon with Potato and Broccoli
Wash the fish fillet and dry with kitchen towel.
Put it by side and make the marinade for the fish and the potatoes.
Marinade: take a plate or bowl. Put in olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, curcuma, lemon, rosmary and italian mixed herbs.
Preparing the fish: take allow foil bigger than the fish.
Take the fish and marinade it first on the skin side. Than put the marinanded side on the allow foil and now marinade the meat side.
Put some parsley on the the marinanded fish. On the parsley garlic pieces and cut the onion in rings and put them on the fish as well.
Now close the allow foil so that nothing can come out of it.
Put the allow foil with the fish in the oven at 200° for 45 min.
Prepation of the broccoli and the potatoes:
The broccoli you can just put like it is in the oven plate.
The potatoes cut them in thin circles and dip both sides of the pieces in the marinande before placing them on the oven plate.
Place the potatoes and the broccoli in the oven with the fish.
