  12. 1/4 C water

  14. 2 broccoli stems – you can use less or more
  15. 1 big chilli
  16. 3 cloves garlic
  17. SEASONINGs
  18. 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  19. 1 tsp sugar or to taste
  20. 1 pinch Salt or to taste
  21. 1 pinch pepper powder or to taste
  22. 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
  23. 2 tbsp water

Cooking Instructions for making Beef and Broccoli Stems

    Prepare beef. Add all ingredients listed used for marinating. Combine and mix well. Leave to rest for 15-20 mins. Prep the rest of the ingredients.
